Directions to get there:

Please note your GPS will most likely loose reception on your way to Snowshoe, so we recommend using an app that stores / saves your route.

From the north (main) entrance: follow Snowshoe Drive up and pass the village, about 1/2 mile further you will see a lighted sign “South Westridge Rd” on your right. Take the exit and it will be the 3rd home on your left. It has a sign “ 201 Whispering Woods” by the road.

From the south entrance : follow Snowshoe drive, past the top of the mountain, about 1/2 mile up, you see a lighted sign “South Westridge Rd”, take that exit, and it will be the 3rd home on your left. There is a sign on the side of the road “201 Whispering Woods”.

This welcome guide will (hopefully) provide for a smooth and easy arrival to your vacation home. The physical address is :

201 South Westridge Rd, Snowshoe, WV 26209

Your door lock code will be sent via site messaging, and is active from your day of arrival at 4PM on the WIFI lock - please use the keypad on the door handle.

If any issues arise, please try one of these three easy options: ring the Ring doorbel, someone should be able to help you, or log into the home’s WIFI : network is SWR70 pw is WhisperingWoods, if WIFI assist calling is enabled on your phone, please just call the service number (863) 430 4882. This number is our primary point of contact, text messages work. Cell phone service is always available in and around the Snowshoe Village.

Once inside, there is a binder on the kitchen island that will have information for your stay, phone numbers, etc.as well as a QR code for our website, that includes some tutorials with info on the hottub, fireplace, and TV, as well as events, weather, and activities etc. in case you need it.

• Please ensure all dishes are either cleaned or in the dishwasher and turn it on.

• Take all garbage with you to the dumpster. Please do not leave opened food or beverages.

• If any food or beverage items are unopened, and you do not wish to take them home, you may leave them in the refrigerator or on the kitchen counter.

• Make sure all outdoor cushions are placed in the bins or in the hall closet.

• Lock all windows and doors.

• Place chain over hot tub and use the lock to secure shut.

• Close blinds and curtains.

• Turn off all lights.

• Set thermostats to 55 degrees (in the winter) and 75 degrees (in the summer).

• Secure the propane tank cover of the grill.

• Double check that you have collected all your belongings.

• You do not need to deep clean the property as we have professional housekeepers who do that. But, please leave it neat.
